We want you to love your purchase! If it’s not quite right, returns are accepted for store credit only within 10 days of purchase (excluding Sundays and Mondays).
To be eligible for return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

The item must be in the exact same condition as when it left the store.

Sale items, accessories, candles, gifts, seasonal items (Holidays, football, ect), jewelry, and shoes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.

Items purchased with store credit are final sale.

✨Online Return Policy ✨
-Email us at shop@maddyjstyles.com and expect a response within 48 hours. Please include your name AND order number in the email.
-Items must be unworn, unwashed, have tags still on & in their original condition. Please pack your return carefully in a box or padded mailer.
-We must receive your return within 10 days of when you received it according to your tracking information.
-Return shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
-Store credit will be issued for all eligible returns.
-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
-Orders placed online for in-store pickup follow our in-store return policy and are eligible for store credit if returned.
-Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive an email with your store credit code.
