Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy:

Clothes must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in and their original condition within 12 days of purchased date or arrival date.
All accessories including shoes, hair pieces, jewelry, belts, are final sale.
All items bought with a discount code are final sale. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Clothes may be returned for a STORE CREDIT only.

Any items purchased with a STORE CREDIT are FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Online Return Policy:

Email shop@maddyjstyles.com and expect an email response within 24 hours.
Pack the item in a box or padded mailer returns shipping price will be deducted from your refund.
The shipping fee is not refundable. A STORE CREDIT will be given. 

Exchanges:

You can exchange an item for a different size or color only if the item is in the original condition.
