Pre- Orders

Pre- Order Policy:

-Each pre-order item will be shipped out as soon as they arrive to our store. You can find the estimated ship time by reading the product description. If you have trouble finding it, just message us on instagram or facebook or by email. 

-Our same return policy is in place. Store credit only or you may exchange for a different size. 

-If the order gets delayed, you will be notified and if the order gets cancelled you will be refunded. However, we don't open our pre-orders up until the item is on it's way to us. Therefore, the chances of an order being cancelled are very low. If an item gets delayed and you want a store credit, we can do that! 

Opening pre-orders is a new thing we are trying out! So please be patient as we all learn through this process together. However, we have high hopes all will run smoothly. All our love.
